Am having problems with react hook form and expo sdk 52

Hello there guys, can someone help me debug this application https://github.com/justinelut/fundi-wangu, its an expo sdk 52 application, i have added form validation with zod and react hook form, but am not getting the form errors, rather am geting undefined, i dont know what am doing wrong as am new to react native, check on the auth/sign-in.tsx component
