issue: cant setfocus multiple fields

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to '...' https://codesandbox.io/p/sandbox/jc2vtn
2. type some value on top fields (street1,street2, city)
3. then click 'same as billing checkbox' , this onchange event copies the values on the top and sets value to the bottom fields accordingly
4. but setfocus do not work properly. if i setFocus 3 fields separately by checking if they have value or not, setfocus works only for last field it is called

Expected behaviour

i need i can be able to setfocus all fields if they have value
