Set Value to React-Select is always NULL

Dear Masters,
I have one question. when i load data from API, i'm success to place data in component, like a input text etc, but when i load data to React-Select and NOT touche the component, the data was sent null value. If i change the dropdown when load data, it's NOT NULL.

Please help me, i'm stuck...
