Java application rendering issues on Regolith/Sway

Hello everyone,
I'm using Regolith Desktop (RD) for sometime, but facing issues with my "migration" to Wayland/Sway.
My issue is that with RD in Wayland/Sway Mode one of my Java applications renders text bad and dropboxes do not work and are sometime appearing at a completely wrong place.
Same application is working on the same machine using Gnome/Wayland (Ubuntu 24.04) without any issues.

Unfortunately I have no idea where to look for to solve/identify this issues. Any hint what to try is very welcome.
