how to configure a program launch command?

I'm using Regolith Desktop 2.1 (1.123-1focal) from the PPA. I'm also using the default i3-wm.program.launcher.app -- what ever it is. What I want to do is customize an application, signal-desktop which shows up in the menu as Signal. I need this shortcut to run signal with two arguments, signal-desktop --no-sandbox --disable-gpu, so that it's GPU optimizations are turned off.
