I'm currently deploying RustFS using the official Docker image and would like to better understand the configuration options available.

Could you please provide a complete and up-to-date list of all supported environment variables for the Docker image?
It would be very helpful to know which variables can be used, along with their default values and expected formats if possible.

1. You can check how to use the Base part through rustfs --help.
2. You can set 'RUSTFS_OBS_ENDPOINT' in the observability section. If 'RUSTFS_OBS_ENDPOINT' is set to vacant, log files will be created in the directory corresponding to 'RUSTFS_OBS_LOG_DIRECTORY' by default, of which only one of 'RUSTFS_OBS_LOG_DIRECTORY' and 'RUSTFS_OBS_ENDPOINT' will take effect
