How does the buket match with the access key

I had added an access key, and I had added a buket, and I want the bucket use the access key, what should I do?

1. Create a new bucket

Bucket name is mytest

2. Set a policy

4. Logout and relogin

You have to logout admin account, then relogin by new username.
