Got stumped with this task. What i've unsuccessfully tried so far: 1. 2. 3. 4. The sfz player seems to ignore group number based mute if the target region is mapped to the same key as the one it's supposed to be muted by. It does support group based mute if mute is initiated by a region mapped to a key different from the target region. |

Definitive answer from René at the time was along the lines of "you don't want to do this" (kind of Obi Wan Kenobe-style). sfz.dll explicitly - a chosen behavioural design - will not self-mute on the same note trigger. |
