Create an NFT standard similar to ERC-721

Is now the correct time to define an NFT standard for the Stellar network?

What do we want to pull out of other existing NFT standards from other chains/networks?

Are there any new contract events that will need to be emitted or are the existing events from other SEPs good enough?
