Caching

Hi, Thanks for this amazing project. I want to know more about caching with SurrealDB. There is not much in docs. How it works? Is this just k/v caching or SQL result gets cache too? What's under the hood? Should I use Redis as cache or SurrealDB is enough? How about TTL caching? Is there any config for caching? Thanks!
