Screen player not opening C70 raw files (.CRM)

I have a license for Screen, and it's not opening C70 raw files (.CRM). In quickview, it plays audio only. When I launch the player itself and try to open .CRM files, either by double-clicking on them in the finder or by opening them from file>open in the app, the app never gets past "Loading Media, Please Stand By..."

I'm running a Mac Studio Ultra w/64GM RAM, 1TB internal SSD (running media off a 4TB Samsung T7 Shield) and Sonoma 14.5.

Same issue here with C70, also with other .CRM files from C300 MKIII

My contact at Canon / Canon RAW SDK Team is no longer responding to my emails. I will try and find someone new to contact about this!
