I started to look into this few weeks ago and managed to achieve some success in Photoshop. Below workflow does not allow it in LR and not on RAW's. But I managed to use it in PS on variety types of images with success. Workflow:
Where I ran into issues: Ideally I wanted to create 'a technically accurate' scene referred 3D LUT from Resolve, for example DWG In/Out based, and then convert that using Lattice to my photography working color space – PhotoProRGB for an instance. However I ran into an issue that I wasn't aware of before. Going from Display referred to Scene is not something that is a technical transformation and therefore is not directly supported by Lattice. The workaround is that you export your LUT in DaVinci with Display referred In/Out – R709G24 for example – and that allows Lattice to convert it 'accurately' into PhotoProRGB. The catch is that the original Display to Scene referred transfom you did in DaVinci was never accurate to begin with, so everything from there on is an estimation. A decently close one though. Hope it helps. Also, I'm by far not an expert at color science and Looks building. Jan |

I just really want to be able to use filmbox on RAW digital stills. Having integration in Lightroom Classic would be huge for me. This new update with classic stills film stocks is brilliant, but to me it's obvious that many of those stocks would look better on stills format.
