I cannot cancel my subscription on VueMastery, the company keeps on trying to charge me 120USD #12717

It already charged me twice and failed because the account was low on funds, I worry it might charge me again until it is successful. I have scheduled to cancel my subscription and it says Your subscription will be cancelled on Jan 14, 2026, 12:49 AM but it still not cancelled as of now. I'm not sure why I cannot cancel it immediately. What is going on? |

You could replace your payment method attached to the account, or remove it entirely. If it's a huge issue, you could even contact your payment provider and ask them to block the charges? (Not legal advice, just giving ideas.) |
