ref conjecture

can ref and reactive merge to one function to handle primitive value and object?in the function , detect value type when value is primitive value ,use wrapper class convert to object, then convert to proxy ,when value is object direct convert to proxy?

I think you could double wrap it if needed, but for vue I think it would be confusing for the same function to return different structures.

But if you need a value type, convert it to ref, and if you need an object type, convert it to a proxy. This function will return a Ref or Proxy type.

ref() and reactive()` behave differently for objects as explained in docs: reactive object cannot be replaced while ref can.
