Ideas on how to spend the 100K USD in azure credits for webpack

Webpack has received 100,000 USD in azure credits from microsoft. If anyone has ideas on what we should use them on, please come up with suggestions! This could be student projects, new repositories or anything you have in mind!

Some of the ideas that are in my mind are:

• Create a playground for Webpack where users can build a complete Webpack application in the browser and experiment with the Webpack configuration.

• Launch a student grant program where students can participate in hackathon-style events, such as a plugin development challenge.
