select with remote fetching & tags

Hi there!
For select component, a remote data selection could be very beneficial (see examples in the links), for both single and multiple selections. Another implementation could be for 'tags-use-cases' with the possibility of both fetching existing tags remotely and (if a 'custom:true/false' parameter is provided) adding new ones.
