Right way to run it in dev mode

I'm asking it, because I'mtrying to make it work in dev mode (pnpm dev) in one of those examples, but I'm not able to do it.

Looks like it just work after I run pnpm build, and pnpm server, or preview.

There is a right way to configure it to development mode, like live reload?
