Description
Having to always restart Origo Server to e g add a table to a search definition in dbconfig.js adds unnecessary service interruptions that are noticable to users.
Proposed solution
Adding a route which triggers a manual reload of the config files.
Alternatives considered
Letting Origo Server watch the config files for changes and reload when necessary. Not sure which way would be preferrable, though I'm guessing this alternative might produce some minor unnecessary overhead as well as adding more dependencies.
