[BUG] playwright content-non-repeatable boot test doesn't clean up repositories properly (HMS-10030)

Bug description
In stage, you can see that we have a ton of left-over repositories following the naming scheme content-non-repeatable-test-
The deleteRepository function seems to sometimes fail.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in on console.stage
2. Check the custom repositories table
3. See all the left-over repositories.

Expected behavior
No remaining repositories sitting there.
