[BUG] Cockpit: Sorting in ImagesTable seems off (HMS-10135)

Bug description
I would expect the sorting of the ImagesTable to be based on recency. However, as you can see in the screenshot, the latest build (that is even in progress) is shown at the bottom of the list.

That feels awkward and unexpected. Also the other items in the list look "interleaved" in terms of age/date.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Cockpit Image Builder
2. Look at the ImagesTable

Expected behavior
I would expect the list of images to be based on when they were built, i.e. sorted by recency.
