[BUG] [Cockpit] All images table lists more then 10 images (HMS-10280)

Bug description

The All images table shows a dropdown which says show 10 images per page but instead it lists more then 10 images for me.

Reproduction steps
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Image builder plugin
2. Have more then 10 images and notice the table isn't paginated

Expected behavior

Only 10 images are shown.

Tested it with cockpit-image-builder-83-1.fc43.src.rpm and then with the current main.
