Add provisioner for setting host info via RFC 2136 updates #66
Description
The hosts provisioner contains all the necessary information to construct DNS records which can be sent out as RFC 2136 "add" updates on machine creation and "delete" updates on machine destruction. This would be useful for projects where /etc/hosts is not scalable or a real DNS server is required as part of the environment.
