How are errors handled? #290

Hi all, wondering how errors are handled by this great little utility. I've downloaded a LOT of tiles and sadly a few times my router has gone down for a few minutes...the log filled with "could not download, filled with white instead" or something like that...does this script know to go back later and try again? Also, if some OSM data on certain servers that maybe aren't synced (OSM servers tend to not be from what I understand elsewhere on other forums), then does the script know not to try to combine OSM data across different servers (lake data from one, and road data from another for example)?
