Download the new version in background

Can we have an option not to block the user from using the app while the new version is being downloaded?
Note that I've no issue with installation time, I think we can't do much about it.

Please try to set options.ImmediateUpdatePriority = 6. This should disable immediate updates and use flexible updates regardless of priority.

My publish priorities are 0
And the library assumes that's a flexible update, because it doesn't show in app update dialog "full screen" initially and the full screen dialog you see in my app appears when I tap on update (I can also close the modal)
Am I wrong?

I think I don't quite understand you - here you see two modes - one shows a window on half the screen with an offer to the user to update the application, downloads it in the background and then offers to finish the installation. Is it different for you?

Thanks, As you can see, download is being done in foreground, not backgroud. While downloading, I'm unable to use the app

Based on docs, immediate update`s modal is full screen (see below)

But my app's dialog is not full screen, it's something like this

That's why I believe my app is using flexible update, but the problem is as I showed in my first image

In my case I want to achieve exactly this behavior but the result I get is the opposite since I put "options.ImmediateUpdatePriority = 4" and "options.ImmediateUpdatePriority = 5" but neither works for immediate update
