Fin Plate Connection Report Printing Issue

1. Fin Plate Connection Module
2. Inputs can be referred from Issue 355.
3. Diameters, Property Class, and Thickness are not being printed correctly.
4. Gauge Distance not being calculated correctly.

@parthckaria If the Gauge Distance calculation is not a problem anymore, then the rest of these printing issues are similar to the ones in the Tension Member which I resolved, it is a Type Error, I'll check and fix it for the modules here too.
