Loading time in conda shell vs when run through python

Two modules have this issue:
Connection - Shear Connection - Beam to Beam Splice - Beam to Beam cover plate bolted
Connection - Shear Connection - Beam to column - end plate

The crash happens when running through pycharm. It takes time to load but eventually gives correct answers when run through conda shell.

Is it always the case? From my experience if I press ESC and try again it works faster. If it's consistent it may be easier to solve.
