Cannot tap tool bar items after setting `style/keyboard_height`

After setting style/keyboard_height, the tool bar items have strange hit areas.

In the screenshot, the green box minus the purple box is the area where the user can tap the tool bar items.

重现步骤 / Steps to Reproduce

Write this to tongwenfeng.trime.custom.yaml:

patch:
  style/keyboard_height: 280

Deploy and switch the keyboard style to tongwenfeng. Then the tool bar items cannot be triggered by tapping their centers.

预期行为 / Expected Behavior

The hit area should be the whole green box in the screenshot.
