fix: update perfSONAR-orchestrator.sh.sha256 sidecar for v1.1.2

The per-script .sha256 sidecar was not updated alongside the last two orchestrator commits (120c457, 976d2e1), causing the CI verify-site- scripts workflow to fail with a SHA mismatch.
