Description
SCS Team 3 is currently working on Rally as an alternative to the existing OpenStack Health Monitor.
The chapter in OSISM "Management and Operations" on this should be revised accordingly.
Perhaps a reference to the emerging tool in the SCS and its documentation will be enough at this point.
