Does this extension still work?

I'm using a mac, and it's straight up not working for me. I go to the sapling extension, press "Choose a file...", then pick one of my component files... nothing happens.

Using windows 11 and same thing is happening, clicking choose a file then selecting a file nothing happens. Going to a file and then choosing generate tree just loads that one file to the tree in an error state with no props
