Custom Button for Overlay not working on IOS #5243

Description
When using the custom button for changing the overlay it only turns of the overlay and I can't switch/enable any overlays. I use offline map overlays that work just fine when enabled through configure map.
Steps to reproduce
go to configure screen - custom button - add button - enable button and add action for configure map, change overlay, add overlay and apply
Use the button and all it does is switch off the currently active overlay
Actual result
Only turns of the current overlay
Expected result
change to the overlay I chose during setup
