Disable Seasonal Closure

Hello,

I was trying to plan a route in Norway from Rysstad to Lysebotn, but the planner keeps automatically re-routing me and does not allow me to select the direct road.

After checking online, I found that this road is closed during the winter season. It seems that this seasonal closure is the reason why the OsmAnd web planner is preventing me from choosing the shorter route and instead redirects me to a longer alternative.

Since live traffic information is not displayed in either the web planner or the app, it would be helpful to have the option to disable seasonal road closures in the route planner. Otherwise, during winter it becomes impossible to plan routes for summer travel because of temporary closures.

The OsmAnd Web route planner avoids the direct road Rysstad → Lysebotn due to an OSM seasonal/conditional restriction (winter closure) and forces a long detour, which prevents planning summer travel during winter. This should be treated as a feature request to allow ignoring seasonal closures or routing by planned date/season.

How to reproduce

1. Open OsmAnd Web → Route planner
2. Set Start: Rysstad 59.09343, 7.53592
3. Set Destination: Lysebotn 59.05540, 6.64857
4. Calculate the route.

Actual result

• The planner calculates a long detour (~323 km / ~5h+) instead of the shorter direct road.
• If you try to force the direct road (drag route / add a point), the planner re-routes away from it.

Expected result

The user should be able to plan routes for summer travel, e.g. by:

• a toggle: “Ignore seasonal road closures”, or
• an option to set a planned departure date/season, so conditional restrictions are applied to the intended travel time.

Here "igonore conditional tags" option is enabled in the dev.settings.
