Hi,
is it possible to inherit from the NodeLocationsForWays and SimpleHandler? How can i keep the node locations and have functions like apply?
Update:
Somehow the doc and examples are extremely confusing ot me. The SimpleHandler has some sort of apply itself. While it seems that the regular way is to use osmium.apply with a file and a list of handlers that are executed in order. So the SimpleHandler having its own apply functions seems a bit odd to me.
When I look at the using node cache sample the reader uses osmium.osm.osm_entity_bits.WAY can it still fill the node cache or are the nodes skipped by the reader?
