Fixes all issues reported by flake, improves copyright headers and removes abbreviation of 'osmium' to o.

This adds required checking of tests with flake8. Actually found a couple of issues with the tests.
This should also remove the last pieces of code where the
osmiumimport was aliased too. This is no longer recommended as it tend to lead to accidental variable shadowing.
