so that when one hovers over that "incomplete" and "dissolved" text (or their checkboxes) it shows an explanation.

it should explain for each of them:

• whether it filters exclusively or in addition ? E.g. if I click on "dissolved", and filter for some company name, will it show:

  • only dissolved companies, or
  • all companies, regardless whether they are active or dissolved

• what it actually means. e.g. for "incomplete", that it means "has a wikidata tag and at least one logo" (assuming that this is what it actually means, of course )

Also, it would be nice if hovering over "country code" would mention it's limitation, i.e. that it only catches explicit country mentions, and not things like worldwide brands which are present in country with specified country code (i.e. #4077)

The main page does say what "complete" means. It means that the item has both wikidata and a logo.
