• brand website is https://www.mendocinofarms.com/
• location pages are under https://www.mendocinofarms.com/locations/*, like https://www.mendocinofarms.com/locations/South-Lake-Union
• according to Wikidata, they make sandwiches and salads. cuisine=*?
• menu across all locations seems to be https://www.mendocinofarms.com/menus/, so that could be website:menu
• that menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free items, which means presumably diet:vegan=yes et al. apply to all locations as well.
