"Server checker" (ICMP, TCP, HTTP, HTTPs)

"Server checker"  - such an option, which can check remote host via ICMP, reach-ability of a TCP port or text on a specified web page. It would be great to get a graph and statistics when host was unreachable. Also I'd like to receive an alert when host goes down.
