Add iperf3 speedtest function #232

I'd like to be able to test network speed from my phone to the remove iperf3 server.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'm adding one or a list of iperf3 servers like server:port or server_ip:port_range. Checking check boxes - do I want to test incoming or outgoing speed? or both. Setting time in seconds, for how long do I want to make that test. And specifying protocol - TCP/UDP/both.
Also it would be nice to have buit in list of servers. And default config with TCP proto and download direction.
App goes through all the server list and options (like direction and protocols)? making tests and showing me speed results and graphs.
