give access to split settings with 0 amount

Would be nice if you could allow access to the split settings even if the amount is set to 0.
that would allow us to enter the exact costs via the adjustment menu.

Could you elaborate on the use case of this?

It would only be a small convenience feature.
If you have one big expense that combines multiple small ones (or different amounts for each person) you most likely get a receipt with the full amount, but not always.
If you didn't get a receipt you would have to add up all the amounts of the individual people, create a a new expense with the sum and then enter the individual amounts again. If you could enter zero as the sum you could just enter the individual amounts without the need to add them up beforehand.

What? I still don't get it. I checked if just allowing 0 amounts would introduce bugs and sadly it does, however, I don't understand your scenatio. Can you give a specific example?
