Properly enable/disable AWS Fast Snapshot Restore #5
Description
In the interest of speed, this repo currently relies on the AWS CLI for enabling fast snapshot restore.
ansible-collections/amazon.aws#2682 was filed/i started contributing to hopefully get this added in the upstream AWS ansible modules, but dont really have time to get this into the weeds
