Wrong svn path in setup.py

In ossbuild/commands/setup.py, the path for the python include files in the svn repository is wrong. It currently says:

"http://svn.python.org/view/python/branches/release27-maint/Include/"\

and it should be

"http://svn.python.org/projects/python/branches/release27-maint/Include "\

I can confirm this. Expect a merge request with this and other fixes by the end of the day.
