MasqMail 1.0.0 released

after much procrastination, and then going totally overboard (over 300 commits!), i'm glad to finally announce the release of MasqMail 1.0.0.

this is a major release with several new features, some of which replaced existing ones. tons of bugfixes are included, among them several security fixes. see https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ossilator/masqmail/refs/tags/v1.0.0/NEWS for the gory details.
