Include NPM link to the given release

When using show v1.2.3, it'd be nice to print the link to the NPM package at that tag:

https://www.npmjs.com/package/@ossjs/release/v/<TAG>

Include the list of affected GitHub issues/pull requests

It'd be surreal to print the list of all the issues and pull requests a particular release has affected.

Issue references are in the following format:

• #PULL_REQUEST_NUMBER (#LINKED_ISSUE_1, #LINKED_ISSUE_2)

It's crucial to keep the pull request - issue relationship when printing references. That relationship is known so preserving it would be useful.
