Currently, it only supports recording all streams or not recording at all. Sometimes it is necessary to specify certain streams for recording:

1. Generally, when starting a live broadcast for everyone to watch, there is no need to record.
2. If people are interested in the items in the live broadcast room, start recording the stream.

A more convenient option is to support recording a specific stream or streams with certain special names.

PS: Of course, if you can call an API to start and stop recording at the streaming end, that's also a solution.

Workaround: Currently, you can turn on and off recording rules to implement recording and stopping recording.
