Edge: Ignore the dead origin server.

Description

1. SRS version: 3.0.139

2. Edge SRS configuration is as follows (Config):

listen              18085;

http_api {
    enabled         on;
    listen          18087;
}

vhost __defaultVhost__ {
    mode          remote;
    origin          192.168.0.4:18085 192.168.0.5:18085 192.168.0.6:18085 192.168.0.7:18085;
}

3. Origin SRS configuration is as follows (Config):

listen              18085;

http_api {
    enabled         on;
    listen          18087;
}
vhost __defaultVhost__ {
    cluster {
        mode            local;
        origin_cluster  on;
        coworkers       192.168.0.5: 18087 192.168.0.6: 18087 192.168.0.7: 18087;
    }
}

The problem I am encountering now is that I have implemented a cluster solution with two edge nodes and four origin nodes. The configurations for the edge and origin nodes are as shown above.

After testing, if I manually kill one of the origin nodes (simulating a crash), the edge node will still push the stream to the crashed origin node.

Expected Behavior

I hope that the edge node can detect whether an origin node is alive or not. If it is not alive, it should not push the stream to that origin node.
