Clients page display Vhost ID insted of vHost name, as expected.

Hi.
I don't know if it's a bug or that display mode was intended that way.
Clients page (console/en_index.html or index.html) display streams vHost by ID, not by name, as as might be desirable.
However the Streams page correctly display corresponding vHost by name, as expected.
Also it might be interesting to display streams grouped by vHost. Currently, selecting a specific vHost only opens a general information page about it.
