RTMP header audio+video

When using RTC to RTMP, only 0x01 is added to the RTMP header (video only) and audio track not found

ExoPlayer (AndroidX Media) dot't work in the case

Need a setting for rtmp like (or inheritance from http_remux)
has_audio on;
has_video on;
guess_has_av off;
