Confirmation on forms

When these two conditions are true

1. form is embedded in a basic page
2. Confirmation is set to show up in a new page

The Title of the Basic page doesn't show up.

When these two things are true

1. The form itself is the page (only one form like this - LEAD follow up)
2. Confirmation is set to show up in a new page

Title of the webform page DOES appear
AND

the confirmation text doesn't have the proper margin (pushed left)
