Add 3D Model as subcontent

As an author I want to be able to add 3D Model contents to a stage.

Good first issue

Helps to understand how H5P uses subcontents, should be straightforward when checking how semantics.json is used to list libraries as options and checking what CSS/icon might need to be added.
