HMDHFDplus update

Hi,
revdep_check() has found this package depends on HMDHFDplus; I'm just writing to inform of a forthcoming package version that you should ideally depend on (2.0.0) rather than any previous version. Your code shouldn't be affected, but you can specify the minimum version number in your DESCRIPTION file, an easy fix. The new HMDHFDplus version should be on CRAN in like 3 days, FYI.

Note also, HMD and HFD both updated their web pages, so credentials given to HMDHFDplus functions need to be new ones.
